Tamper-evident, ever-evolving. The same fabric, every wire — wireless, internet, satellite, or anything next. Bench-validated 2026-05-02. Public demonstration ahead of the Validiti auction.
Three statements, no jargon.
A delivery fabric — not a file format, not a compression scheme, not a protocol bolt-on. Pacta42 sits between sender and receiver and changes what gets put on the wire.
Content-agnostic. Text, telemetry, images, audio, video, log streams, AI inference contexts. Pacta42 does not care what is being delivered; the same fabric carries all of it.
Living. Context evolves continuously while the fabric is in use. Receivers stay current automatically. There is no version bump, no manual upgrade, no maintenance window.
Pacta42 over RF, Pacta42 over IP, Pacta42 over anything next. One substrate. Different physical layers. The properties carry.
Two consumer-grade radios on the bench, end-to-end byte-exact transmission, every frame tamper-evident at the receiver. Verifiable by anyone with $30 of hardware.
The public Wikipedia-over-the-air demonstration begins ahead of the Validiti auction. Anyone, anywhere with a compatible receiver, can watch encyclopedia content scroll word-by-word as bytes arrive over RF, and audit reception against the live broadcast.
The same Pacta42 fabric, delivered over regular IP. Bandwidth costs collapse structurally. Every endpoint speaks the same evolving fabric, and every transmission is tamper-evident at every hop.
Web pages, API responses, telemetry streams, database replication, video, audio, AI inference contexts — Pacta42 carries any of it. Bandwidth scales with novelty, not volume. Existing endpoints, existing pipes — drop-in deployment, no new hardware.
Images, audio, and video aren't files anymore — they're deliveries with archive, delivery, and ruleset bound together. Receivers verify what they got is what was sent.
Lossless archive plus lossy delivery, linked by a signed ruleset. High-detail regions (faces, text, edges) auto-preserve. Aggression auto-concentrates on low-information regions. Every modification is recorded; every modification is verifiable; every modification is independently checkable by the receiver.
Aggressive lossy delivery plus a visible record of every modification yields higher trust than a mild JPEG. Trust isn't a side effect — it's the headline. The same media capability runs through every Pacta42 wire — the master remains the master, no migration.
Provenance changes the math in these moments — for the people directly involved, the bystanders trying to make sense of what they see, and the platforms working to do right by both.
For the person whose face was used without consent, a way to mark which images are theirs and which aren't. For legitimate generative artists, disclosure of AI generation built into the delivery itself. For platforms, verification before display — not after a moderation queue.
For the original publisher, visibility into where their content actually traveled. For people seeing it for the first time, the lineage of what they're being asked to share. For platforms, signal versus noise as a property of the delivery itself, not a hand-curated cost.
For anyone whose face, voice, or likeness could be prompt-summoned, a way to mark real work as theirs and detect work that isn't. For legitimate AI artists, disclosure built into the delivery, no separate watermark required. For AI labs, provenance-aware training corpora with the lineage to prove it.
For the person targeted, a substrate where compliant platforms can enforce removal at distribution time. For platforms working to do right by survivors, structural support instead of hand-moderation whack-a-mole. The recovery posture changes from "you can never get it back" to "compliant platforms stop carrying it from this moment forward."
For breached organizations and the employees, customers, and partners whose data was taken, leaked materials carry fingerprints that compliant platforms can detect and refuse to render. For the broader internet, extortion economics weaken when distribution isn't permanent for the receivers who choose to participate.
Pacta42 is opt-in transparent. The substrate works for those who choose to use it; the trust lattice grows as more publishers, platforms, and people opt in.
Pacta42 is structural, not incremental.
The substrate is open and verifiable. The curation, the drift, and the integration are how Validiti adds value on top.
Pacta42 over RF is bench-validated end-to-end on consumer-grade radios. The public Wikipedia-over-the-air demonstration begins ahead of the Validiti auction in June 2026. Anyone with a $30 receiver can independently verify reception against the live broadcast.
Pacta42 over IP has been internally validated. The reference implementation is built, exercised against realistic traffic, and verified for tamper-evidence and living-context behavior. The public demonstration follows the RF launch.
Pacta42 media has been validated on a real-photograph corpus with 99.3% generalization on held-out images. Audio and video architectures are drafted; implementation pending.
