Validiti Accelerate delivers a minimum 3x inference acceleration on any large language model. Across distributed deployments with the Pacta fabric, effective throughput rises to 5–10x. Between eight and twelve exclusive production licenses, U.S. only. Sealed-bid auction.
Each Validiti Accelerate license includes layered production-deployment rights for inference acceleration, distributed-fabric efficiency, model coordination, and consumer-specialization capabilities. Bidders run their own models on their own infrastructure; Validiti delivers the results. The mechanism stays sealed. The outcomes are observable.
A consumer-tier Validiti Accelerate is also available on subscription ($4.99 per day to $299.99 per year) for individual developers running open-source models on their own hardware. See the consumer product → It does not include any of the auction-tier capabilities below.
The license is multi-layered. Each layer is a distinct production capability sealed by the seat. Bidders use any combination at their chosen scale.
A minimum 3x throughput acceleration on production inference for any large language model — open-source or proprietary. No model restriction. No token cap. No cloud dependency. Across distributed deployments with the Pacta fabric, effective per-query throughput rises to 5–10× without additional hardware.
Performance adapts to the licensee's specific workload over the license year. Year-end throughput materially exceeds month-1 throughput. Quarterly performance reports show measurable improvement quarter over quarter.
Adaptation is per-license-private — Validiti does not pool learning across licensees. Bidders price the seat against expected end-of-year throughput, not month-1.
Each seat includes one adjacent-capability slot per year, chosen by the licensee at award and re-selectable at each renewal. Memory layer, session state, training corpus, persistent state, or inter-deployment efficiency — each delivers an independent 30–50% reduction in a named workload separate from base inference.
Slot ships as a separate sealed binary integrating as a sidecar to the base accelerator. Same trade-secret terms.
Every license is paired with a unique sealing identity. Cross-license decoding is impossible — even another auction winner cannot decode this winner's binary. Forensic-grade tamper detection. Annual identity rotation at renewal.
Operationally defends against internal espionage and supports DTSA misappropriation enforcement if breach occurs. Procurement- justified at the CISO/CTO level.
Seat holders receive a 90-day exclusive evaluation window on every Validiti capability tier released after the auction — before any is offered publicly. Decision to accept or decline does not affect existing license terms. Annually renewable.
Effectively a multi-year forward subscription on whatever the Validiti capability roadmap delivers next.
Auction winners may optionally federate selected workloads with other auction winners that do not compete in any market. The non-competition test is enforced by counsel at federation time; winners in the same competitive market cannot federate.
Enables shared persistent-state benefits, joint observability, and a negotiated discount on the next year's renewal for both parties. Mechanism stays sealed on both sides; no IP transfer.
Four briefings per year, in person or video, with Validiti engineering leadership. NDA-bound roadmap previews, direct technical Q&A, non-disclosure feedback channel for feature requests and security concerns.
Strategic-partnership-grade engagement — not a vendor-licensee relationship.
Models evolve continuously without snapshot version migrations. The licensee's customer libraries stay aligned automatically as the underlying model improves. Eliminates the operational cost of versioned-model migrations and preserves distributed-throughput advantage over time.
Branded as the Pacta Drift Channel in engineering documentation. Privacy-preserving by construction. Documentation delivered to the bidder; the bidder integrates into their own deployment fabric.
Each consumer's effective prediction space contracts to match their observed usage. Inference runs against a dramatically reduced surface for the vast majority of queries. Tail queries fall back to full coverage at standard cost — no quality degradation.
For consumer-facing AI at scale, this layer alone delivers structural inference-cost reduction in the range of 80–95% on narrow-domain queries — at tier-1 deployment scale. Documentation delivered to the bidder; the bidder owns the routing layer and consumer-storage architecture.
Both products carry the Validiti Accelerate name. They are not the same product. Below — what each tier includes.

Validiti is issuing between eight and twelve Accelerate licenses, U.S. bidders only. Each license is identical — full production deployment rights across all nine layers above. Final seat count is locked at award based on bid quality. Once all are claimed, there are no more.
A live deployment of Validiti Accelerate is running on real hardware and serving real queries. Try it directly. Compare timings against a standard inference path running the same model on the same machine.
Both panels run the same model on the same hardware. One panel uses standard inference. The other uses Validiti Accelerate. Type a prompt; watch a minimum 3x speed increase, output identical. No sign-up.
The auction date is locked when bidder qualification reaches threshold. Qualified bidders are notified directly. Public announcement follows shortly after — there is one sealed-bid window, no second round.

Tier-1 bidders begin the qualification process by contacting Validiti directly. Initial conversation is mutual — bidder qualification is reviewed before any technical reveal.
