For the people who build the models

You keep the intelligence.
We’ll carry the data.

A note to whoever at a frontier lab just followed this link — about the part of your business that’s costing you more than it makes.

We think we know your headache

Grounding a model over someone’s real records is the part that isn’t the fun part.

It means standing up a compliance apparatus for every account — connectors, retrieval, guardrails, security reviews, residency, audits — and doing it again for the next one. It’s expensive, it isn’t the work you’re best at, and at the end the customer still asks the two questions you can’t fully answer:

Will it leak our data? Can we trust what it said?
And the second one is the dangerous one

A confident guess isn’t charming on a lot number.

You can’t fully fix it — it’s in the nature of the thing you built, and every grounding layer is a mitigation, not a cure. Which means the most sensitive, most regulated, highest-value data is exactly the data you can least afford to be wrong about.

On a poem
a confident guess is charming
On a lot number
a confident guess is a lawsuit
So here’s the move

Don’t answer. Just ask.

There’s a version where your model never touches the records. It reads the shape of the data — the field names — and writes the question. Something sovereign holds the data, runs it, and returns the answer to the customer. Nothing leaves the building, so there’s nothing to leak. Compliance stops being an apparatus you rebuild per customer and becomes a property of the architecture.

Your model The data sealed · on‑prem The customer the question the answer cited · provable × your records never go back
the question goes in · the records never come back · the answer goes to the customer

It can’t hallucinate a record it never sees.

The honest trade

We’re not going to pretend it’s pure upside.

It is fewer tokens per data question — we published the math, and you can check it. So weigh the whole ledger:

What it costs you
  • Fewer tokens per data-question
What it hands you
  • A regulated, private market you can’t safely serve today — opened
  • The hallucination-liability tail on business data — gone
  • The compliance apparatus you rebuild per customer — off your plate

You keep the part with the margin and the moat: the intelligence. We carry the part that’s been costing you.

And we’re not asking you to adopt anything

It’s an open contract, and there’s a benchmark.

The whole interface is public. And there’s a scoreboard for the one skill this needs from a model: how good is it at writing a query it can’t answer? Come be the best at it. If it fits where you’re taking the model anyway, you’ll know faster than we could tell you.

— Validitiwe don’t want your data. we don’t want your model. we want them to stop being the same problem.

Take a look, or say hello.

The contract and the benchmark are open. The economics are published. And if you’d rather just talk it through — so would we.
