Validiti Solomon

The terminal for the investor the market forgot to ask. Real-time multi-venue analytics, signed decision history, and the only system that records why you took the position alongside what the position was.

01 · The customer the existing market is built against

Every existing tool was designed for one of two customers: the institution with billions to deploy and a Bloomberg Terminal in every seat, or the retail flow whose binary buy/sell volume feeds the algorithm. The investor in between — the person with $20k-$500k of their own capital, a thesis, and a conscience — got the binary treatment too.

Solomon is built for that customer. Bloomberg-grade aggregation. The math you need. A signed history of every decision. And the first structural recording of why you took each position.

02 · What's in Solomon

Multi-venue feed

25+ exchanges. Spot, perpetuals, options, macro, on-chain flows. Bring your own keys to the providers you already pay for.

Vox intent capture

Every position records WHERE (the asset) and WHY (your reason). The 4-quadrant model. Signed by you.

Cross-domain signals

Composite indicators that combine macro + derivatives + on-chain + sentiment. Surfaced; never instructed.

Deterministic math

Position sizing, return, present-value, scenario analysis. Every result a signed, reproducible receipt.

Signed decision history

Every vote, every position, every WHY — immutable, queryable forever. Your investing memory.

Opt-in federation

Contribute aggregated signals to a peer values-weighted map. Or don't. Always your choice; always your hardware.

03 · The four quadrants no other tool captures

Most tools record what you did. A few record why. None record the second half of the model.

Win + Where

"I want to make money here." Every existing tool captures this.

Win + Why

"...because of this thesis." Some tools capture this.

Lose + Where

"If I must lose, I choose to lose HERE — I believe in the mission." No other tool records this.

Lose + Why

"...because this matters to me even if it costs me." No other tool records this either.

The directed-loss position ("I'll take the loss here because I believe in what this company is trying to do") looks identical in every other system to a position you regret. Solomon distinguishes them. Six months later, when you review the year, you can tell yourself the truth about which losses you chose and which you didn't.

04 · What it does not do

Solomon never says buy or sell. Not directly, not by hint, not by tone, not by ranking. Solomon shows you the record — what the market did, what you said, what the math computes. The decision is yours. The conviction is yours. The conscience is yours.

Solomon never aggregates your intent without consent. Your Vox votes stay on your hardware unless you explicitly opt your aggregate into a peer view. There is no central data lake.

Solomon does not replace your broker. You execute where you already execute. Solomon records why.

06 · What you keep

Your decision history forever

Every position, every WHY, signed by your Mark identity. Verifiable for as long as the substrate exists.

Your math defensible

Tax accountant, partner, regulator can audit every position-size, every return calculation.

Your data sovereign

Portfolios, votes, WHY vectors all on your hardware. Subpoenas don't reach a central lake there isn't one.

Your conscience reviewable

At year-end you can ask: "Which losses did I choose? Which positions matched my stated values? Where did I drift?"

07 · What it runs on

Any commodity computer with 8 GB of RAM and a stable network connection to the venues you trade. No GPU. No cloud account. No internet required to read your own history — only to receive new market data.
