The partner supplies the hardware, installs it on your site, configures the stack for your vertical, and provides ongoing field service. They set the price for what they deliver.
For: operations that need integration with physical equipment, regulated industries with vertical credentialing, customers who want white-glove service alongside the software.

data, player telemetry, multiplayer integrity, asset versioning, and
hardware companion devices. A separate division under its own
ownership, with its own brand, audience, and pricing. Same engine
underneath; different world.

integration, regulatory complexity, or relationship-based selling makes
the licensee channel the right fit. These are not yet active.

03 · How to choose
If you're already in a vertical served by a licensee,
buy through them. You get the same substrate underneath, plus the
hardware, installation, and ongoing service Validiti structurally does
not offer in the direct channel.
If your vertical isn't yet served by a licensee,
self-serve through the Marketplace. The software
is the same software the licensed partners ship; you handle the install
yourself.
If your operation needs vertical integration and no licensee
exists in your space, you can either self-serve or contact us
about becoming a licensee for your vertical.
04 · Becoming a licensee
Validiti licenses the substrate for vertical operations to partners who
bring domain expertise, hardware supply chains, installation
capability, and customer relationships in their space. A licensee owns
their vertical's customer base; Validiti supplies the sealed-binary
substrate underneath and shares revenue.
Validiti does not actively recruit licensees through outbound channels.
Licensee relationships emerge from substantive partner conversations.
