Morning setup:

Genesis pulls last run's setup notes, defect rate, tooling wear log.
Maths computes setup-piece tolerances vs prints; signed receipt to first-piece inspection.

In-process:

Every measurement signs into Genesis automatically. SPC charts update in real time on the floor display.
Maths flags when control limits drift; operator gets the signed alert with corrective-action history.

Customer quality return:

"Show me the lot history for this part number serial XYZ" — Genesis pulls signed Genesis entries with measurement provenance.
Defensible root cause: every input signed, every computation signed, end-to-end chain a customer auditor can verify.

ISO/AS9100 audit:

Auditor asks for a year of corrective actions: Genesis query returns signed CARs with linked Genesis entries.
Auditor verifies SPC computation receipts independently — no spreadsheet ambiguity.
